Please note, in completing this order, you (and those you might be buying on behalf of) have read and understood the following:

• Ticket prices are listed on the platform and require immediate online payment.
• Event details are provided on the ticket and may be adjusted by the event organisers as needed.
• Event organisers determine the operation of events, including who may attend, and may deny or withdraw attendance where reasonably necessary.
• Event organisers may have organised photography and/or videography during the event. If you wish not to be included, please directly contact the event organisers to discuss.
• Personal information collected is used for event management purposes in accordance with the Chamber's Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles. Event organisers may share attendees' name and business name with other attendees for networking purposes. If you wish to be excluded from this, please contact the event organisers before the event.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, event organisers are not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
• Attendees must follow all reasonable instructions given by event staff and/or organisers at all times.
• Tickets are non-transferable. If you do not attend the event you purchased a ticket for, the ticket cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for a different event, or refunded.
• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, you will be offered a transfer to the new date or a refund. Outside of this, refunds are at the discretion of the event organiser, considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Verbal and physical abuse, bullying or violence is not tolerated in anyway at anytime and will result in immediate removal from any event as determined by the event organiser.

Purchasing a ticket signifies acceptance of these terms.
